Although we are only contracted with the insurance providers listed above, patients with other insurance plans are still welcome to receive treatment at our office and choose us as their dentist. You may use your out-of-network benefits, and our team will file all claims on your behalf and make every effort to help you receive the maximum reimbursement available under your plan.
Please note that Medicare cannot be used at our office, and we are unable to file or process Medicare claims.
At Gomez Family Dentistry, payment is due at the time of service. We’re happy to assist with insurance billing and tracking claims. Please keep us updated on any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for all fees incurred at our office, regardless of insurance coverage. Most claims are processed within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance will be your responsibility.
